Cooking Instructions:
For best results, cook from thawed. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Add meatballs and cook for 7-8 minutes, continuously turning. Alternatively, preheat oven to 190°C, place meatballs on a baking sheet, and bake for 12-13 minutes, turning halfway through. Ensure internal temperature reaches 74°C before serving.
