  • Damaged or Faulty Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Incorrect Products: If you receive an item that you did not order, please let us know within 7 days.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds for change of mind are not available due to the perishable nature of our products.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund or replacement:

  2. Provide clear photos of the product, including packaging and the issue (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Conditions

  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with proof of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for claims made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products not stored or handled according to instructions.
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of special promotions.
  • Products opened or partially used unless they are defective.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you qualify for a replacement, we will send a new item free of charge or we may refund you the item.
  • Replacements are subject to product availability.
