So this cookie is our take, on an old dessert favourite “Sticky Date Pudding” The smell of the chai spice is the first to hit you. We make our own chai, then soak the yummy dates in it, we then add them to our cookie dough just before baking them. This cookie is more of a softer cake style cookie, with loads of chewy dates.
